On August 28, Masterkey Culture Media provided technical support for the live broadcast of the "Neverland" Overseas Chinese Student Music Festival held by UTSCCSSA at the Rebel Entertainment Complex in downtown Toronto.
Since this project only took a few days from project initiation to implementation, the communication and coordination between the Masterkey live broadcast team and the event party in the early stage was even more crucial. At the same time, due to the complex environment and strict safety regulations in the Rebel venue, the three parties conducted a lot of communication and consultation. With the full cooperation of the project manager and technicians, the on-site plan with four fixed and two mobile positions was finally finalized. In addition, a plan of centralized production and unified distribution is adopted in the live streaming link, and at the same time, signal streaming is carried out to multiple live streaming agencies and platforms to ensure the best live streaming effect for all parties involved in the event.
On the day of the event, the live broadcast team worked continuously for 18 hours, overcoming many challenges such as tight layout time, lack of venue facilities, complicated electromagnetic environment, complex lighting scenes, and chaos of on-site personnel. Provides strong live broadcast technical support for the event party. At the same time, it undertakes various tasks such as background monitoring and streaming, and has achieved good results and won praise from all parties.
The Masterkey live broadcast team used an Arri Amira and two Blackmagic Design Studio Cameras, both equipped with Fujinon's 20x broadcast lens, Vinten's pneumatic pedestal, and Blackmagic Design's fiber optic system to provide the entire festival for the music festival. The high-definition, smooth and uninterrupted high-quality live streaming has added countless potential traffic to various sponsors of the event, and also provided a visual and auditory feast for every audience in front of the screen.
